Bring back to life those forgotten flavours, fundamental for our ancestors’ rural recipes. Re-establish your bond with nature during a pleasant walk near Brunate.

A great chance to discover the surrounding areas on Lake Como and dedicate to wild herb search. Lucia, our expert naturalist and ethnobotanist will then cook these herbs for you at an exclusive location with lake and city view!

The programme includes departure in the afternoon on the funicular from Como. Destination: Brunate! We’ll take an enjoyable walk with Lucia, who will share all the secrets and anecdotes about these fascinating herbs. Lucia will answer all your questions and clear all your doubts on how some leaves even help  mosquito bite rash fade away, just to give you one example.

Following the walk will be a lovely, relaxing aperitivo (or lunch! Depends on what your time preferences are) with Foraging class + cooking with Lucia. Alternatively, why not relax in the sun and enjoy the lake view and its refreshing breeze…. while the green meal is underway!
