Come and discover the fascinating world of wild herbs and edible flowers – we will teach you how to best apply them to local cuisine and creative recipes.

Our expert, naturalist and ethnobotanist Lucia Papponi (on Instagram @foragingexperience) and Brit Artist Joanne (@joanneeshipp) will guide you in this experience and will share secrets and curiosities about wild herbs. Everything will happen in a breathtaking location with lake view… in the Artist’s Loft.

Here is the recipe for such delightful evening: a presentation of wild herbs that we’ll use, a delicious mix of herbal cocktails and appetizers, a fabulous dish entirely made by you, and everything accompanied by the excellent wine “Erbalus”… and a surprise to top it all off!
